You can enjoy a glass of "Pineau des charentes", a pleasant blend of the fresh grapes juice and Cognac matured in an oak cask in the lounges that faces towards the river and enjoy the beautiful view of the sun shinning onto the nearby waters.

Our dinning-room, which overhangs the river ; is the perfect setting for the famous and authentic regional cuisine, with one of our best Bordeaux wines.

After dinner you can relax and enjoy the local liqueur, "Brûlot Charentais", a mixture of hot coffee and Cognac (4°).

Reception : The 190 sqm large reception room and the lounges are at your disposal for receptions where you can welcome up to 80 people.

From March the 3d to September the 30th : The hotel and the restaurant are OPEN 7 days / 7 lunch & dinner.

From October 1st to 28th closed on Mondays for lunch, Tuesday for lunch, Wednesday for lunch and Thursday for lunch

Nous savons combien il est important de passer les Fêtes de Pâques en famille et souhaitons proposer à vous et à vos proches un repas gastronomique unique - un menu spécial Pâques de notre Nouveau Chef Cedric JEAN-CHARLES - inspiré par les couleurs et l’atmosphère du printemps. Vous pouvez déguster ce menu dans notre restaurant Moulin du Val de Seugne les 21 et 22 avril.
